This workshop was for Early Childhood teachers and parents.
We looked at eating (which impacts on later developing sounds) sound and language development.
Simple strategies to help develop oral language and storybook reading were introduced.
The next session (17 September) will build on this and introduce rhyming as a crucial pre literacy skill to develop with preschoolers.
